Mary Beth Ackerley MD, MD(H), ABIHM, is a classically trained board certified psychiatrist. She is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Harvard University (BA), studied at NIMH, finished her residency at Johns Hopkins and was certified in Psychiatry and Neurology. She holds active medical licenses in Arizona and Florida. She is a co-founder and current President of ISEAI, the International Society of Environmentally Acquired Illness. ISEAI is a professional society dedicated to the dedicated to the teaching and researching of environmentally acquired illness. Dr. Ackerley has worked with biotoxin illness since 2010, and was the second certified practitioner in the Shoemaker Protocol in 2013.
